Carrie I. Tomerlin Martinez passed away on Nov. 22, 2020 in Showlow, AZ, at the age of 62 after a battle with cancer. Carrie was born and raised in Superior and graduated from Superior High School where she made lifelong friends.
Carrie was preceded in death by her grandparents, Henry and AdaBo Tomerlin; and parents, Ted Tomerlin and Carol Lea Barricks. She leaves behind two sisters, Kathy Jimenez and Michelle Tomerlin; two brothers, Wayne Tomerlin and Bart Tomerlin; three children, Gilbert Martinez, Jessica Marinez, and Julian Rice; and three grandchildren she adored.
