Superior Police Department

  According to state law, police may arrest suspected offenders by two methods. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damage amounts are estimates.

June 22

  Theft was reported on the 400 block of East St. Charles O Clark, 55, out of Superior  was charged with felony theft.  He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.
  Search warrant was served and executed at 800 block of Wilhoyt St.

June 24

 Stolen vehicle was reported at 200 block of Kellner Ave.

June 25

   Burglary was reported at 200 block of Lobb Ave.
   Vehicle theft was reported at 200 block of Terrace Dr. 

June 26

   Burglary was reported at 1000 block US Hwy. 60.

   Joseph D. Bejarano, 34, Solomon, was arrested in the 800 block US Hwy. 60 on charges of possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and suspended driver’s license. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

  Patricia L. Perez, 36, Safford, was arrested in the 800 block US Hwy. 60 was booked on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.

June 27
   Vehicle theft reported on 200 block of Terrace Dr.
