Kermit V. Hoyt, 28, Kearny, was arrested in the 500 block of Kiser St. and was charged with possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.
An accident without injuries was reported in the area of US Hwy. 60.

Richard A. Peralta, 28, Superior, was arrested in the 200 block of Harrington Pl. and was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, endangerment, disorderly conduct involving a weapon, misconduct with a weapon and harassment. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.
