Ruben L. Delgado, 40, Superior, was arrested in the 500 block of Kiser St. and was charged with unlawful imprisonment/DV (domestic violence). He was also arrested on a Pinal County Sheriff’s Office warrant for failure to appear. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail in Florence.
Theft was reported in the 400 block of Copper St.
Austin Hoak, 23, Miami, was arrested in the area of Main St. and Kumpke Ct. and was charged with unlawful flight, reckless driving, driving while under the influence of alcohol (DUI), DUI with a blood alcohol content higher than .08 and DUI with a blood alcohol content higher than .15. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.
July 2
Burglary was reported in the 200 block of Porphyry St.
Theft was reported in the 400 block of Copper St.
July 3
A hit and run accident was reported in the area of Hwy. 60 and Western Ave.
Andrew T. Guerrero, 48, Superior, was arrested in the 600 block of Sonora St. and was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of dangerous drugs. He was transported and booked into the Pinal County Jail.
July 4
A narcotics offense was reported in the 300 block of Kellner Ave.
