We used to sing a chorus: “get all excited and go tell everybody that Jesus Christ is King!” Yet, we don’t get excited about church. It has become rather average and at times tends toward boring.
The most important choice you have ever made is the decision to be sorry for a life of sin and accept a life of grace and love from Jesus Christ. It’s called – salvation, and results in having an eternal home in heaven.
We should naturally be excited about anything that important. In fact, that excitement should cause us to want others to know Jesus as well. But, usually we are so quiet about God things that even our best friends may not know we believe in God.
Let’s turn this around. Just ask God, who He would like you to talk to about your love for Jesus. Then – do it! Soon, all your friends will also be as excited as you are!
