Evangeline R. Corona

  Evangeline R. Corona, 74, of Florence, Arizona, passed away in Gilbert, Arizona on Dec. 12, 2017. Evangeline was born to Joaquin and Ruth (Ynclan) Ramirez on July 03, 1943 in Ray, Arizona.

  Evangeline worked for Pinal County for 30 years before retiring. She loved camping, going fishing, painting, spending time and cooking for her family. She also loved going to casinos and her animals, Bugsy and Maggie.

  She is survived by her two daughters, Laura Campos-Lant and Jacquelyn Zavala; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a sister, Irene Frias. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Virginia Wischnewski.

  A Memorial Mass will be held beginning at 11 a.m. on Dec. 29, 2017 at The Assumption of Blessed Virgin Mary Church in Florence, Arizona.
