Jenaro Peter Ballejos

  Jenaro Peter Ballejos, 55, passed away in his home on Thursday, Dec. 7, 2017, in Ogden, Utah. He was born in St. Johns on Aug. 1, 1962 to Antolino T. Ballejos and Gladys M. Martinez.

  Jenaro grew up in and around Hayden. He moved all over the states until he finally settled down with his wife, Dabby, in Ogden. He loved to go fishing and hunting, but, most of all, spending time with his family and friends.

  Jenaro is preceded in death by his father Antolino T. Ballejos. He is survived by his mother, Gladys M. Martinez; wife, Debby Ballejos; sisters, Charlotte (Frank) Castro, Arlene Ballejos (Pachi) Martinez, Laura (Jesus) Ortega, Veronica (Marty) Rios and Merlinda (Tommy) Cabrera; brother, Antolino A. (Melanie) Ballejos; step-children, Amy and Brad; and many nieces and nephews.

  Memorial services were held at St. Josephs Catholic Church on Friday, Dec. 19. Interment will be at a later date in St. Johns.
