On Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 12 and 13, the 3C Ranch celebrated its grand reopening of its restaurant with a free barbecue dinner.
On Saturday, many families attended and enjoyed the cooler weather, the beautiful grounds and views while enjoying a complimentary dinner consisting of mesquite smoked pulled pork, collard greens, pinto beans and cheesy green chile corn bread. Appetizers were available for purchase including Cocinero Camp Fries, Sonoran Nachos, Cheesy Corn Dip, Sweet N’ Spicy Meat Balls. The bar was open for drinks to enjoy on the outdoor patio dining area. A good time was had by all!
