The Superior Chamber of Commerce rounded up 110 turkeys and delivered them to the Superior Food Bank in time to be distributed in the Thanksgiving food boxes. Chamber of Commerce president, Leslie Martin, coordinated the roundup with Lina Austin of the Future Forward Foundation, which provided fifty turkeys.

A thank you goes out to Art Varela, Florence Food Bank Director, who picked up the turkeys and delivered them to the drop-off location at the Caboose (Superior Visitor Center).

The Superior Chamber of Commerce, Manny Ruiz, and Dennis Van Gorpalso want to thank all the generous people who donated a turkey to the turkeyroundup and a special thanks to John Tameron for providing a refrigerated truck for two days and transporting the turkeys from the Caboose to the Superior Food Bank. The Superior Chamber of Commerce wishes everyone a very happy Thanksgiving.
