SENIOR – SUPERIOR HIGH SCHOOL

SPORTS: VOLLEYBALL, BASKETBALL AND SOFTBALL

POSITIONS: OPP, G, & P-INF-OF

When did you start playing sports and why?

When I was younger. I grew up with a single father and my brother. With them, sports was [part of] life.

Who, or what, inspires you to be the best you can be?

My dad inspires me to be the best I can be in all I do.

What are your plans after graduation?

Enlist in the Army Reserve and continue my education in criminal justice.

I want you to finish this sentence: “My greatest athletic memory at Superior HS is …”

When I helped my team make it to state in softball.

What is something people would be surprised to know about you?

I started pitching alone in my backyard as a little girl and continued through high school.

Do you have a quote or a phrase you like to refer to that helps get through difficult times or provides inspiration? Why?

Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strength when you go through hardship and decide not to surrender. That is true strength.
