According to state law, police may arrest suspected offenders by two methods. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damage amounts are estimates.

Dec. 26

Criminal damage was reported in the 800 block of Martin.

Dec. 30

Theft was reported to police at the Main Street police station.

Theft was reported in the area of Sunset and Belmont.

Dec. 31

An accident was reported in the 800 block of Highway 60.

Noeh San Miguel, 56, Superior, was arrested and charged with indecent exposure.

Jan. 1

A possible missing person was reported to police at the Main Street police station.

Calls not listed include eight alarm drops, eight disturbances, three welfare checks, three suspicious activity reports, 19 traffic stops, three found property reports, three agency assists, seven attempts to locate, one citizen assist, one abandoned vehicle, two information reports, two civil matters, one threat report, one unwanted subject, two animal complaints, one neighbor problem and two medical calls.
