The Superior Fire Department responded on Friday evening to a structure fire on Sunset Drive.

Upon arrival to the scene the structure, a late model mobile home was 15 percent engulfed in flames.

SFD was able to contain the fire to one room, however the structure does have extensive smoke damage. Fire teams used two fire engines, a tender and a command unit to fight the blaze along with assistance from the Queen Valley Volunteer Fire Department.

One person was treated on scene for smoke inhalation but refused to be transported for further evaluation. The cause of the fire appears to be an accident.
