ORACLE, Ariz. – Sierra Oaks School would like to inform all parents to contact the school if they would like information regarding special education services for any child with a possible disability aged three through 21 years of age.

The school is responsible for identifying children with disabilities and for referring children from birth through two years of age to Arizona Early Intervention Program (AzEIP) for evaluation and appropriate services.

Sierra Oaks is also responsible for providing free appropriate public education (FAPE) which includes special education and related services to children with disabilities at public expense, under public supervision and without charge to the parents.
