Nicholas “Angelo” Lagunas was born on July 16, 1982 to his proud parents Thomas (Tommy) Lagunas Sr. and Celia Corona Lagunas. Angelo was called home to heaven on the evening of Oct. 27 2012.

Angelo left behind five children: his son Angelo and daughters Jayden, Nicholette, Angelina, Giovanna and Arisa; his brother Tommy (Mary Rose) Lagunas Jr; sister Gia Lagunas; nieces and nephews Adriana, Shannon, Rya, Zenia, Marcos and William; aunts and uncles Fernando and Teresa Rabego, Robert and Lilly Rabago, Raymond and Betty Amparano, Mary (Adolfo) Corona, Tony (Kenny) Lagunas, Adelia Barnsfield, Placido Lagunas, andGabriel (Lilly) Lagunas.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Modesto and Ramona Corona; paternal grandparents Arturo and Vicky Lagunas; Uncles and Aunts Raul Corona Sr, Arthur Lagunas Jr, Pam Rabago Paul Lopez Jr., andSandy and Albert Rojas. Angelo also leaves behind many, many cousins and family from the Tri-Community and surrounding area.

Angelo always greeted you with a kiss, a great big hug or a special handshake, and always took the time to say hello. The pain, the hurt, the sadness and grief of losing Angelo so suddenly will be in our hearts forever, but the memory we have of him can never be taken from any of us.

“We love you and miss you always. Your next journey has just begun … I love you, Mijo.” – from
