According to state law, there are two methods by which police may arrest suspected offenders. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damages are estimates.

A 17-year-old female juvenile was arrested for assault/disorderly conduct. She was transported to Florence and booked into the Pinal County Juvenile Detention Center.

Nov. 26

A dog at large report was investigated.

A bicycle was found in front of the caboose on Hwy 177 and turned into the police department.

A summons was issued for false reporting to a police officer.

A citation was issued for violation of a town code required business license.

Robert William Leferve, 28 of Chandler, was arrested on a warrant out of Maricopa County. He was transported to Florence and booked into the Pinal County Adult Detention Center.

A 911 hang-up was investigated with no problems found.

Nov. 27

Criminal trespass was reported on the 300 block of Danbury.

A non-injury vehicle accident was reported on Alden Rd.

A key was found and turned into the police department.

A disturbance complaint was received concerning barking dogs on the 400 block of Jamestown. Owners were informed.

Nov. 28

Criminal trespass was reported on the 400 block of Essex.

Two citizen assists for fingerprinting requests.

A credit card was found and turned into the police department.

An open door to a vehicle was investigated on the 400 block of Fairhaven.

A verbal warning was issued for curfew violation.

A request for extra patrol was received.

Nov. 30

A vehicle was red tagged for residential parking violation.

Two written warnings were issued for speed.

Three I.D. cards and three Social Security cards were found at Hubbard Park and turned into the police department.

A written warning was issued for disorderly conduct.

Other calls included seven ambulance runs and one information report.
