According to state law, there are two methods by which police may arrest suspected offenders. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later.

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damages are estimates.

Oct. 6

Theft and criminal damage were reported on the 200 block of Fairhaven. Taken were Halloween decorations from the yard.

Oct. 7

Theft and criminal damage were reported on the 200 block of Fairhaven. A pumpkin was taken from the yard and smashed on the street.

Oct. 10

Theft was reported on the 400 block of Victoria Circle. A license plate that was mounted on a boat and boat motor were missing.

Oct. 11

Rocio Raquel Guerrero, 37 of Kearny, was arrested for aggravated assault/disorderly conduct. She was transported to Florence and booked into the Pinal County Adult Detention Center.

Ricardo Guerrero, 39 of Kearny, was arrested for aggravated assault/disorderly conduct.

Other calls included six ambulance runs; two information reports; one vacation house check request; two suspicious person/vehicle/circumstance reports; one city park curfew violation; two found property reports (both were bicycles found at the park); and one runaway juvenile report.

One citation was issued for speed and verbal warnings included two for speed; one for no proof of insurance; one for a taillight violation; one for a headlight violation and one for a stop sign violation.
