According to state law, there are two methods by which police may arrest suspected offenders. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damages are estimates.

Oct. 4

A 15-year-old male juvenile was arrested for domestic violence/disorderly conduct and domestic violence/assault. He was transported to Florence and booked into the Pinal County Juvenile Detention Center.

Other calls included 11 ambulance runs; six open door reports; four information reports; one motorist assist; one fire report; one found property report; one extra patrol request; and three suspicious person/vehicle/circumstance reports.

A verbal warning was given for a curfew violation; three written warnings were issued for speed; and one citation was issued also for speed.

Two vehicles were red tagged for residential parking violations.
