According to state law, there are two methods by which police may arrest suspected offenders. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damages are estimates. Items for this report are submitted by the Hayden Police Department and reflect information available at the time of the report.

Dec. 3

Criminal damage was reported on Lobo Lane. Homeowner advised that cattle are going through the year and damaging lawns.

Criminal damage was reported on Hayden Ave. A window pane had been broken.

Aggravated assault involving a juvenile was reported at Hayden-Winkelman Schools.

Dec. 4

Agency assist with a medical call on Lobo Lane.

Extra patrol was requested on Lobo Lane regarding live stock damaging lawns.

Agency assist to Kearny Police Department and DPS with a rock slide on Hwy 177. The roadway was cleared of debris and turned over to DPS.
