According to state law, there are two methods by which police may arrest suspected offenders. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damages are estimates. Items for this report are submitted by the Hayden Police Department and reflect information available at the time of the report.

Oct. 28

Agency assist to Pinal County Sheriff’s Office with a death notification.

Screams were reported coming from a trailer park in Winkelman. When the area was checked, it was discovered that the noise was coming fromradio speaker.

Agency assist with a medical emergency in San Pedro.

Oct. 29

Two males were reported by Asarco to be in the SmithCo area. The property and the desert area were searched with negative contact.

An order of protection was served in Hayden.

A search warrant was executed at a residence in Hayden. There is probable cause to believe suspects were involved in an aggravated robbery.

Oct. 30

Agency assist to Hayden Fire Department with a structure fire in San Pedro.

A domestic situation was reported in San Pedro.

Oct. 31

Gary Dean Perdue, 58 of Hayden, was arrested on a felony warrant out of Maricopa County Superior Court. He was transported to Globe and booked into the Gila County Jail.

Nov. 1

Jonathan R. Rabago-Phelan, 22 of Hayden, was arrested for disorderly conduct/domestic violence. He was transported to Globe and booked into the Gila County Jail.

Kenneth Dale Baugher, 51 of San Manuel, was arrested for driving on a suspended license. He was cited and released.

Criminal damage was reported in Hayden.

Nov. 2

Agency assist to Kearny Ambulance with a medical emergency in Indian Hill.

Nov. 3

Responded to an alarm at Hayden High School.

Agency assist with a medical emergency in Winkelman.

Brian Lee Morrison, 27 of Hayden, was arrested on a felony warrant out of Gila County. He was transported to Globe and booked into the Gila County Jail.
