According to state law, there are two methods by which police may arrest suspected offenders. The suspect may be physically taken into the department and booked into jail, or the arresting officer may write a citation and release the suspect to appear in court later. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Only criminal citations are listed. All damages are estimates. Items for this report are submitted by the Hayden Police Department and reflect information available at the time of the report.

Oct. 2

Theft was reported in the 600 block of San Pedro. Missing are rims and tires.

Cows were reported in the roadway at Hwys 77 and 177.

A suspicious person was reported near the school.

Oct. 3

Citizens assist to an elderly couple stranded on Hwy 177.

A complaint was received of football players speeding up and down Lobo Lane endangering children.

Oct. 4

An Order of Protection was served.

Agency assist to Pinal County Sheriff’s Office with a DUI.

Agency assist in reference to an injured person and a fight on the 500 block of 4th in San Pedro. One person was air lifted to a Tucson hospital.
