Hayden Police looking for info on attempted abduction

A report has been received by the Hayden Police Department of what appears to have been attempted child abduction.

The event occurred on a weekday between 4:10 and 4:30 p.m. at Kennecott and Canyon in Hayden. The victim is male of grade school age.

The suspect was described as male wearing a black hoodie pulled over his head and had blond hair showing at the top of the hoodie. The vehicle is described as a black four door (mid 2000’s) possibly a Nissan Atima.
