The Town of Superior is offering FREE Zumba classes on Saturday mornings at 9 a.m. at the Superior Senior Center on Main Street. Following the Zumba classes there are also FREE Hip Hop classes for youth ages five and above. The classes will remain free until July 28.

Youth participating in the Hip Hop classes may have the opportunity to perform at an upcoming community event.

The exercise and dance classes are taught by local resident Sonya Chamberlain. Chamberlain was a competitive dancer throughout her youth. In addition to teaching Zumba and Hip Hop in Superior she is also an instructor for the Apache Junction Parks and Recreation Department and can also choreograph dances for Quinceaneras and teach salsa dancing.
