Bridget A. Opinsky, daughter of Michael and Rachel Opinsky of Oracle, married Stephen B. Cook, son of John Cook of Guyana and Margie Cook of Tempe on October 15, 2011 at the Arizona Historical Society Museum in Tempe.

Attending Bridget as maid of honor was her sister, Natalie Opinsky from Mesa and matron of honor, Alysha Griffin of Queen Creek; Shannon Ortiz of Oracle was a bridesmaid.

Stephen’s best man was his brother, Ryan Cook of Connecticut.

The couple first met in grade school in Tempe and went to school together all the way through high school, but never dated. Four years ago they were reintroduced and began dating.

The couple resides in Tempe where Bridget is a Medical Assistant for a cardiologist’s office and Stephen, a Concert Pianist will receive his Doctorate of Musical Arts this May from Arizona State University.
