The Ray Bearcats basketball team scored 76 points and held the St. David Tigers to 62 in the Bearcats State Play Off triumph on Saturday.

The ‘Cats, seeded fifth in the tournament, now sport a 25-6 record and will put it all on the line next when they take on Tempe Prep, the 20th seed, in the next round of play on Thursday, Feb. 21, at the Toyota Center in Prescott. Ray will battle a Knights team coming off a 54-40 upset win over fourth seeded Grand Canyon. The Knights record now stands at 16-11.

Taking to the court for the Bearcats will be Quentin Camacho, Jesse Molar, Destry Yocum, Dominic Bravo, Erik Goodwin, Seth Harmon, Brandon Acevedo and Eli Cude.

Game time is 10:30 a.m.
